I am a little concerned about how much I sleep. I go to bed at 08:30 every night and up at 06:30. I don’t go straight to sleep, but once I am asleep I don’t wake up at all. I would say I fall asleep around 9pm and sometimes snooze till 7.
I am about 1/2 stone over weight but I am fit and well. I eat well apart from the odd take away and chocolate bar. I do often feel groggy and tired despite the amount of sleep I get, by night time I am shattered and well and truly ready for bed.
My doctors does not see any of this a problem and Is not happy to run any tests. Would be great to hear other people’s sleep routine
