I am desparate for advice regarding my diet. I have posted about this before but thought I would try again.

I have IBS and it seems Dairy, wheat, alcohol, vegetables, and fruit set it off. It seems the only fruit & veg I can tolerate are carrots, strawberries, bananas - and that is it.

What I want to know is - if I cut out most fruit and veg from my diet, what other healthy options are there? I obviously want a balanced healthy diet.

I have also swithed to Soya milk instead of the dairy milk.

What foods are easily digestable? I know carbs are hard to digest aren't they?

I am sick of the constant wind and bloating, the constipation, and to make matters worse I also suffer with acid reflux, not sure if the 2 conditions are connected at all.

I need a diet that isn't going to cause the discomforts mentioned. Any advice please.
