might sound a bit of a daft question, but ive got the chance to get back in the saddle again after over 10years.after getting over the initial excitement of the idea(finally a chance for some time to myself)it occurred to me that maybe im not really quite fit enough. my last two children were born 18 months apart and i suffered considerably with the last one with spd. every morning when i wake, my back is seized up and very stiff,it aches for a while until im up and moving about.although i no longer get the pains in the pubic bone like when i was pregnant,my coccyx is always 'clicking' aswell as my back. could i be doing more damgage do you think? any thoughts would be gratefully received!
