Can anyone offer any suggestions as to what this rash might be?

It's "owner" lives in a hot country, but is clean and keeps cool. It's not sore or itchy, but it's been there a few months now.

I live in a hot country and I have had something very similar before and it was a fungal infection. Took absolutely months to get rid of it.

Does it change colour? I get something similar is called tinea versicolor but hard tell from the pic. Is always worse in hot weather.

I don't think it changes colour ...

I'll see if she can get anything anti-fungal without having to see a dermatologist!
