Feeling really odd with side pain

For about 3/4 days I have been getting really bad stomach ache. It feels exactly like severe period pain with just a sharp twinge here and there.
Today I had to come home from work as I had pain higher up on my right like nearer my ribs. (I don’t have a gallbladder so can’t be that).
And since about 5/6 o clock I’ve had nausea which is getting worse. I’m lying down with a blanket but don’t know if I have a fever as my thermometer is on the blink.
Have strange achey pain pretty much everywhere.
Genuinely don’t have a clue what it is. I’m worried it’s PID or kidney related???
I’m working tomorrow and self employed with a shop so I need to be there or shop will be closed.

You can still get Choledocholithiasis despite not having a gallbladder. That's the term for gallstones in the common bile duct.

But two other thoughts are:

When did you last have a period? Is there any chance you could be pregnant? Ectopic pregnancy can be as you describe (also shoulder tip pain, but you really don't want to let it get that far!)

Have you had your appendix out? If not, appendicitis is a possibility.

If you are feeling odd, you really need to call 111 at the very least and get triaged properly.

Definitely not pregnant. Had my period last week.
Still got my appendix but I thought it would be a lower right pain.
DH is just playing about with thermometer and changing batteries. He thinks I’m feeling a bit hot.
I tried to phone docs earlier but couldn’t get through.

You poor thing. Sounds like you should see a doctor. You might need to go to A and E.
Maybe ring them first to talk through your symptoms.

Did you get this sorted OP? Experiencing the same issues as you Confused

OP and Sinead those symptoms sound like ovarian cysts to me. Have you found out OP?
