D&V - what might help?

Started Friday lunchtime and had a fever Saturday night. Still got D but no longer bright green thankfully, so I'm taking that as progress?

Struggling to eat and drink as nausea gets worse, but forcing as much liquid down as I can. Should I keep pushing for little and often, is there anything else I can try? I keep dry heaving too, think it might just be an after effect of the repeated V Friday/Saturday...

I've lost 10lbs and am a normal weight, so a bit concerned I could be dehydrated but I don't seem to be. Obviously can't go back to work until I'm 48 hours clear of symptoms, I was wondering if anyone else has any suggestions as to what might help?

Chewing fresh ginger. Antacids. Dry toast. Hope you get well soon Thanks

Full fat, live natural yoghurt is good.

Flat coke or lemonade or ginger beer. Salty hula hoops are my go to with a coke for some reason!
