Painful and constant need to pee. But not an UTI?

Hi. Newbie here. Hopefully looking for advice.

Basically, three weeks ago, my (24F) vagina became very itchy. This persisted for over a week, so i went to see my GP who told me it was thrush.

She gave me cream and a treatment pack, which i used, and which seems to have cured the itchiness and thrush.

However, now i have a constant feeling of needing to pee, and a strong discomfort in my stomach. I have been drinking a lot of water and peeing it out, but minutes later it feels like i need to pee again, despite not having any more urine to pee out.

I've been back to the docs, who have ran a test on my urine sample and have said it's not a UTI.

I've got another appointment booked next week, but in the meantime, i'm just wondering if anybody has had the same issue? and if so, how you cured it?

Thanks.

I get this sometimes but have never got to the bottom of it. I’ve never tested positive for a UTI. It feels like I have pelvic pain/pressure on my bladder and is worse when standing up - better when sitting down. Sometimes I go 10 times in 24hrs. Did you get to the bottom of it?

Did they test your blood sugars? Lots of pee, lots of drinking water, sore stomach & thrush can be signs of T1 diabetes (not to worry you but this is how it presented for my daughter!).
