I had two colds back to back recent and the last one made me feel quite achy all over.
For almost a week now I've had muscular pain in my chest , back , arms and hands.
I spoke to the out of hours doc , he thinks it's probably viral and I should get bloods done if it persists.
Sleeping at night is very painful , my core strength feels non existent , I can't turn over in bed , or get out of bed until my co-codamol & ibuprofen have kicked in.
I'm taking that combination every 4 hours.
This morning my wrists and the backs of my hands are visibly swollen .
Has anyone had this ?
Will it pass soon ?
I know it's not very serious and apart from the pain and restricted mobility I feel fine , no sickness or anything but it's a bit frightening, I've never experienced anything like this before.
