Just looking for some advice, I've noticed when I cut babys nails that she has these ridges on her nails. She's 6 months old and I've just started weaning her. She gets plenty of fruit and veg and breastmilk. I also started her on meat and fish this week too which she likes. She has a vitamin D supplement and so do I, plus I take calcium as she has a CMP allergy but she has soya milk, cheese, yoghurt etc. I did suspect vitamin deficiency but I can't think of any food groups or anything I'm missing out on giving her. Going to talk to the HV next week when I see her but any thoughts? FTM and I'm trying not to worry
