I've been using bonjela that's expired on 1 jan 2019 without releasing, will it cause any effects

If you're worried, ring the local chemist's and ask the pharmacist.

It’s possible that it might not work quite as well as a new tube. That’s the only problem I have experienced with ointments in the past.

I hope not... it's not quite the same but my husband used some savlon on a cut last week... it expired in 2009 🤦‍♀️

Only 2 months. Definitely would be fine. Only real ill effect would probably be that it might not work as effectively
