Hi, can anyone offer any advice please?
I'm in absolute agony. Suffered whilst pregnant and they weren't that but they cleared up after I had my little boy. Now they are back with vengeance. I can't sit, can't walk or drive. Pleeese don't ask me to see the doc as I'm far too embarrassed - I know childbirth is one of the most exposing things you ever do but a little bundle arrives and everything is forgotten
I there anything I can buy from the chemist?
I'm new on here - Hi
Please go easy on me!

You can buy anusol or go to the doctor and they will prescribe you something with a steroid which would shift it faster (I didn't even have to show the doctor) if that what your worried about.

I have had mine operated on. Visit the doctors they see all sorts day in day out. I even had student doctors etc too as I was a good example apparently lol.
Preperation H is good and moist wipes.
Stool softeners will help, something like movicol

Oh yeah. Drink lots of water use dulcolax soften poos - use baby wipes for poos instead of toilet roll.
Warm baths also have heard of people using ice as well.
