Bleeding 3 days after period

My period went away on Friday evening, now this morning I woke up and went to the toilet wiped my self and there is a stain on paper of blood there is also a stain on my pants.

What could this be?

Probably just a bit of period blood that hadn't come out. Keep an eye on it but don't worry.
