Hi I’ve been on the pill for around 5/6 weeks now.As have two children and I wanted to stabilise my periods.I have endometriosis and have always lost large clots.Today however I passed a very large clot (I’d say the side of a tennis ball) it was very very thick and had a lot of skin looking flesh in,almost a grey colour to it.it was quite painful to pass also.
I have had pain in my ovaries, back and also pain in my lower abdomen.i often felt like I may wet myself so assumed I had a water infection. After passing the clot and feeling quite unwell I’m wondering if it is something else.
I’m so fed up of going to the doctor and being told “well you have endometriosis” because I’ve had it for 12 years and never experienced this, although I will book an appointment tomorrow I just wondered if anyone else has experienced this?

Sounds like an infection. Do you have a temperature at all?
