Getting the urge to push when on...?!

Hi everyone,

I’ve been diagnosed with endometriosis and adenomyosis now for three years. Every “month” my periods seem to get a little bit worse, both the pain and bleeding.
Since my last period I’ve noticed the pain throughout has been a lot worse, it’s been a constantly pulling and pressure low down in my stomach and on the left.
I’ve come on this morning and aside from the usual agonising pains everywhere (everywhere between my ribs down to my knees) for the last few hours I’ve felt like I’ve got an urge to push. I don’t know whether it’s down to the pressure I’ve got that (it makes walking difficult and laying in any position painful) or whether it’s the odd shooting pains I’d get but I’ve never had the urge to push whilst bleeding before. I’m really confused as to why and it’s starting to frustrate me!

Has anyone else had this before? Thank you!

Either you're pg, OR maybe something's prolapsed? Better make a GP appointment.

I've had this for years, just really bad cramps that have a very physical pushing/ pulling sensation. If it's not the norm for you though you should get it checked out.

Singlenotsingle definitely not pregnant unfortunately, I done my first round of IVF in November and should be starting my FET medication on day 21 of this cycle but if something else is going on I won’t be able to. Will definitely book a GP appointment tomorrow though!

Tomtontom I’m glad someone else has had it (though I’m sorry at the same time, it’s awful!) because it makes me feel a bit less abnormal 🙊 I’ve never had it before but I do think my endometriosis has advanced more in the recent months. I’ll be seeing my GP tomorrow if I can though just because it’s all new but I had a feeling it could be down to the pulling/pushing/pressure!

Thank you both. X
