Racing pulse

I am 52 and today i was on a train when I felt my heart was racing and a bit of a tight feeling in my upper chest. I took my pulse and it was 29 in 15 secs, so approx 116bpm.
I have high blood pressure but am not on medication at the moment. My average BP is around 155/94
Should i be worried about this episode today? Can’t think of anything that triggered it.

I wasn’t feeling anxious. It came on suddenly.
I am on holiday and had just had a walk bythe river then got on the train to go backto the hotel. I was just sitting there listening to the little girl in the next seat chatting to her granny and this feeling came over me.

I need to go back to the GP about BP meds so will make an appt when I get home.
