Earlier today I used a teeth whitening kit that I got from the dentist. It consists of trays made to fit my teeth, into which you squeeze bleach gel. Several hours after using it my mouth and throat are still really burning from the bleach. I won’t use it again but am a bit worried that it might have done some harm. Has this happened to anyone else, and if so did it resolve itself? Thank you!
