I haven’t had a period since my baby was born in October. Is this normal or worth having a GP appointment for? I really don’t want to waste their time!
I haven’t had sex in over a year so deffo not to be pregnant.

Are you breast feeding? If so then definitely normal. If not then I’m less sure sorry as I breast fed both of mine. I’d imagine it can take a while for your hormones to return to normal though, same as coming off the pill, especially if you had a tough birth or blood loss?

No I’m not breast feeding, birth was pretty text book accept a tear, no major weight loss or gain, haven’t been on hormonal contraceptives in years.

I'd imagine your hormones are just a bit out still, have you had any other symptoms at all, tiredness etc? (hard to tell with a new baby I know!) Thyroid issues are pretty common after child birth, I had them and although it didn't mess with my periods it can do. I'd probably go to the GP and see if they'll run some blood tests.
