Breast ulcer

I found two large ulcers under my breast today, I do not know how I missed them before.
How on earth do you get ulcers on your breast? I am really worried.
I am going straight to the doctors tomorrw obviously but any ideas?
There is no pain, no itching and there was no rubbing on anything.

I don't know but don't google. Hope the appointment is early in the day.

I've been referred urgently to the local cancer unit, to be see within two weeks. There are lumps under the ulcers. I thought they looked dodgy. Oh well no point thinking the worst until the biopsy results come back.
