Hi,
Up until recently my 11 year old son was swimming for 6 hours a week with a local club. Due to a perforated ear drum he cannot swim for the immediate future.
I am trying to find alternative activities for him to keep his fitness levels up whilst he is out of the pool. I was hoping to find gym or exercise or running activities.
Ideally they would be groups I could also send his 8 year old brother to as well. We are based in the Poole, Dorset area.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
