I am currently 10 days alcohol free after spending the last year and Half drinking too much.

Could anyone recommend which suplementos I should take to try to repair some of the damage and to get my energy back? I don’t drink cow’s milk either so need something for calcium, I think.

The thing drinkers are usually particularly deficient in is vitamin B1 (thiamine). Breakfast cereals are a good source, as they are generally fortified with B vitamins (and calcium), but probably not much good if you don't like milk. Soya milk is a very good source of both B vitamins and calcium, if it's just cow's milk that you avoid. Otherwise there is a fair amount of thiamine in beans/peas, brown rice, seeds (e.g. flax seeds), dark fish (tuna, salmon, trout) and any kind of pork.

Great thank you. I like milk, but it exacerbated my asthma. Thank you for the advices
