Can anyone recommend any vitamins whether they are multi ones or just vitamin C, I'm a mum of 2 and at the minute I'm constantly tired, run down or ill with cold or tongue ulcers, chesty cough etc. I feel so run down trying to keep on top of things. I'm still breastfeeding my little girl and I've been back at work about two months and I'm still functioning on broken sleep.
I feel like I need to start looking after myself more cos if things don't star getting a bit easier I'm gonna be ill constantly and I'm not much fun at the minute, I feel like I'm spoiling my children's early years because I'm grumpy, ill and forever tired.
Can anyone recommend any vitamins or anything else to get me back to full health??
