I've caught vomiting bug - worried about my 9mo

If my DD catches this (I'd imagine this is likely) what can I do to help her? Will I need to take her to see a Dr?

Or, as I'm still breastfeeding her a lot will she get my immunity from my recovery? 🤞

Obviously be scrupulous about hand washing for yourself but there is not a lot else you can do. If she becomes unwell you don’t need to take her to GP, ring for advice if she has no wet nappies, just offer breast feeds.
