Hi,
I’ve had a UTI for the first time recently. I was put on a 5 day course of antibiotics which seemed to have helped. The symptoms haven’t totally eradicated though (still a little stingy when I go for a wee) but now also with bad back & left side pain that comes and goes throughout the day.
When I looked it up, it said it could be a kidney infection, but I dont have a temp and don’t feel particularly unwell with it, just quite uncomfortable.
Is it possible to have a kidney infection without a temp? Do you think it would be irresponsible of me to just wait and see over the next few days and make a decision as to whether to return to the docs if my symptoms get any worse?
