Sorry if tmi...
I had what looked like a black speck tonight, just one, it smudged when I studied it. 🙄 Ive had issues with constipation lately but everything I look up on Dr Google says it's something horrible.
I know I shouldn't Google. Anyone here have any advice?

It could be completely harmless. Keep an eye on things and go to the doctor if you're worried. Maybe something you ate?

Sorry yes poo. Ive been trying to think if it's food. Ive been taking fybrogel for a few days as I've been struggling to go which caused a very small amount of red blood. Doctor thinks it's a sluggish bowel. Can't think of what food could have caused it
