Hi guys, so I am desperate for any help and advice

So my LO is 20 months old and for the better part of 9 months to a year she has had what's felt like a constant nappy rash with fungal infections and everything else in between,

Now I have changed her nappy brand multiple times, changed nappy creams, changed wipes, I am back and forth to the doctors, each time getting prescribed a different cream, well use it, it will get better then within a day or two of not using it, the nappy rash will be back.

I let her have as much nappy free time as I can and have started using just cotton wool and water to clean her but even this isn't helping

I am at my wits end and don't know what else to do

Not sure if it's allergies etc

Not sure what else to do now

Don’t stop using it. Just keep putting cream on so there is always a barrier between the skin and urine. Sudocrem even advertises that it’s gentle enough to be used at every change, because it protects, so it prevents them getting nappy rash to begin with. No I don’t own shares Grin but I slathered it on my DC at every change.
