Beaus lines

I’m not sure if lines on my toenails are beau’s lines or not. They are very faint but definitely horizontal but there aren’t just a few the toenail is completely covered in these very fair horizontal lines. Fingernails don’t have them. Pictures of beaus nails online have very deep ridges. I’m booking a gp appointment anyway as I don’t feel great at the moment, chest pain and also if I lift my limbs up for even a very short while I get a sort of lactic acid burn type feeling. I think I either have something wrong or health anxiety, anyway I stumbled across this beaus lines and I’m debating wether it’s worth getting checked out at gp or not.

I should add they are on every toenail and they can be felt but they are not really deep like some websites describe them or pictures show them as.

Did you get an answers OP? Currently have these on all my toes and thumb nails, very faint but definitely there, more noticeable when nails are painted. Google is definitely scaring me but I feel fine otherwise

I have these on my toenails, one is so deep that my big toe nail has snapped along the line. Judging by the nail growth I can see they date back to a covid infection in January. I'm just waiting for them to grow out.
