I have been getting myself worked up over this..

I keep having like low down pelvic bloating along with left and mostly right pelvic tingling (I assume where ovaries are). It starts mildly in the morning then gets stronger as the day goes on.
It's been happening for about 6 days now..

The last few months about 4 times after sex the discharge has had a pinkish tint to it..

I sometimes get pain during sex as well which I went to the doctors about and was told it's nothing.

I'm so scared there is something wrong with me. And that whatever it is has damaged my ovaries and tubes etc...

I am Getting a GP appointment on Monday but I'm going on holiday on Sunday so nothing will be able to be doneuntil after.

Could be lots of things - endometriosis, cysts etc. I would push hard for a referral to a gynaecologist.

If the bloating is constant, your whole abdomen and doesn’t go up and down but only gets worse, you need to get checked out ASAP

How did you get on OP?

EssJayyCee · 05/03/2019 13:09

@GreatDuckCookery the doctor reckons there is no problem. Possibly ovulatory but not sure. My bbt chart says I've already ovulated.. so not convinced. Any ideas??

Going for swabs to determine the pink after sex in a couple of weeks. So maybe find out more then.

I did think it could be linked to ovulation but 6 days is a long time to have the pain.
Are you up to date with your smear? Any other symptoms? Change in bladder/bowel habits?

If you’re still worried you could always go back and ask for an ultrasound?

EssJayyCee · 05/03/2019 18:22

@GreatDuckCookery Yes had my smear 2 years ago it's not due until next year.

Bladder seems normal after numerous water infections last year.
I also suffer with IBS constipation and get stomach pains but this has never happened before and this feeling is in both sides of my pelvis not my stomach so I don't think it's that.

I had an ultrasound in November and the results showed lots of cysts on my right ovary but I was told they don't cause pain.

Thank you so much for replying to me by the way x

Next time, ask the GP if you could have a Ca125 blood test. It's by no means reliable as a diagnostic tool, but if it's higher than normal it should get you an appointment with a gynaecologist. Don't panic if it is above normal. Pelvic inflammation, cysts, endo can all affect your score.
Or perhaps a GUM clinic could run some tests?
