I had frozen shoulders and now seem to have frozen hips. Not quite the same, as hips work fine but ouch the pain when I stand. It started with the iliopsis psoas bursas painfully inflamed. went across from left to right. Now this ache in my thighs. one knee has started to buckle if I am not careful. So far sleep is ok. Is it a virus? How can we find out?
Has anyone out there had this? And come out the other side?
