Brown blood?

Sorry for the tmi but I constantly get loads of brown discharge which looks like old blood - its all month and heavy and been going on a while. I had cancer tests last year for cervical, bowel, bladder, uterine, kidney cancer all negative. I've felt generally unwell for year and half now though do improve on antibiotics. Am mid 40s but doctors are dismissing perimenopause. Had an operation to remove fibroids but didn't help. Had double antibiotics for pelvic infection which did help.

Blood tests only show anaemia but not severe and resolved with OTC iron supplements. Lyme is very possible as had rash and all symptoms but doctors reluctant to diagnose this incase its something else but respond to Lyme antibiotics. In the week I got a bad reaction I think to hay and had trouble breathing, face swelling, rash all over body but went down once hoovered and removed animal and hay and just feel headache and feverish and dizzy now but that's normal for me. Paracetamol helps with temps so do antibiotics. CT scan just showed ovarian cyst, enlarged adrenal gland, enlarged uterus but doctor was only concerned about enlarged adrenal gland and said to tell my doctor who shrugged his shoulders and that was end of that. Private doctor suggested MS and brain and spine scan but symptoms don't match that well.

Is this brown blood just perimenopause? Thanks for any help.
