Have just read on someone elses thread, that they were off to buy a bottle of gin and some cranberry juice, in an attempt to bring on their period?

Is this possible am I missing out on sth here?

Any other ways?

I know that sex can sometimes bring it on (I think?).

Opinions please!!!

your best white trousers & an evening out.

Apu - thanks for the link!!!

Am not too sure about parsley tea, ginger tea maybe. Bit early in the morning, plus fresh parsley hardly the thing you have in, just in case is it?

And lol at white trousers. Would scare half the street away if i wore a pair of white trousers.

Lol. Had a baby 12 weeks ago and have not had sex since, "no thanks", so no definitely not pregnant.

Am breastfeeding so you will think straightaway thats why, but am pretty sure have ovulated iyswim, and have all the signs, cramps/mood swings (have those anyway!), period pain etc etc. Am pretty sure its looming.....

why are you trying to bring on your period

if you are only 3 months post birth and breastfeeding, why are you trying to force the issue, as it were?

maybe relaxing, and trying not to make it happen will help

your hormones are still settling post birth, so maybe just let mother nature do her thing?

Pinions-fwiw ds2 is also 12 weeks old and there's no sign of a period yet, alhough I've also had the pains, mood swings(as usual)etc...and I'm bottle feeding.I was also wondering when they were going to return as with ds1 I'm sure it was about 6 weeks.
