Anyone know how long antibiotics should take to resolve an infected cyst? Take my last ones tomorrow after a week and the redness and swelling is still there.

I was on antibiotics for 10 days. 7 of those were IV as I was admitted to hospital and had them pumped in for 5 hours a day.
I would go back to the GP if it hasn’t cleared up as I ignored mine and ended Up hospitalized.
