What’s this rash/spots/bites

I ve had these spots for a few days now, there really itchy but sore to touch, the area feels really sensitive and angry. They re a cluster on my back but looks like they re spreading across my back and some on my tummy!

At first I thought it maybe bed bugs but my partner hasn’t got them so now I have no clue, anyone have an idea or something similar

There’s no blisters there but does there have to be?

Sounds like classic shingles, blisters will probably follow. See your GP asap for antivirals.

That's exactly what my shingles looked like when it started out. Hope you got to the GP for anti-virals.
