Anyone know what this rash could be?

It's only on my hands, wasn't there yesterday and is incredibly sore

I had this and it looked very similar - generally only happens on hands and feet

I don't have it on my feet, just my hands. It's so so sore and has sprung up overnight

I think it could definitely be that, that’s basically what happened to me - hands only (just saying this issue only tends to happen on hands and feet but not necessarily both), and it is very sore.

I would head along to a pharmacist, they should be able to give you an idea of what I is - my GP just prescribed steroid cream which you can buy over the counter, although they may have given me a stronger version.
