Skin tag or mole under breast cause for concern?

Just seeking some advice, I’ve had what i think is a skin tag under breast but over the years it has changed shape, I’m a bit off a wose and haven’t been to Gp, has anyone had similar? It’s in a cluster only about 1cm

I have no idea but would get it checked. We have a good nurse practicioner who would check things like that.

Ive had one checked which was fine but it worried me. I think most are fine but its worth getting anything thay changes shape checked imo.
