Has anyone else had one after the other 🤷♀️ I am literally feeling terrible again, that is my 4th cold in 12 weeks, I seem to have had one every 3 weeks. I feel so low today I could cry and have made an appointment at the doctor. My MIL said I am wasting their time for a cold, but I think surely this can't be normal?
I'm taking vitamin C, have tried Vicks First Defence, usual drugs for blocked nose, paracetamol etc.
And I seem to have put weight on - I'm wondering whether it could be maybe a vitamin D deficiency 🤷♀️
