Hi . Im 41 and have 2 dc .No birth control except condoms )
Last Xmas just as I was about to turn 40 my period was very late - I basically missed a period.
Then back to normal .
Then this Xmas it happened again! Not quite a whole cycle missed but similar. Both then and now , This was followed up with a period again 2 weeks later . Last year , this was a one off and I went back to normal cycle .
I’m Now paranoid that it’s a serious illness. DH is convinced it is because I get so anxious around chirstmas due to a childhood trauma . I suffer with a severe anxiety disorder .
