Background Fibromyalgia diagnosed over 25, years ago ,pain is managed pretty well .Stomach pain / back pain / bowel issues have all gone downhill over the last month or so . GP was convinced it was gall bladder problems but an ultrasound has ruled this out .My mental health is not great either and I'm back at the gp next week so they can order more tests ,just so fed up of feeling ill
