Urgency to urge and burning down there (TMI)

Since a few hours ago I am needing to pee urgently, I was at my local shop there and I started feeling like my pee was about to come out. I got home and had to rush into my toilet as I knew I was seconds away from wetting myself.
I had no pain on urination but I am feeling irritated in my ureatha. Is there anyway this isn't a UTI as I suffer from health anxiety!!

Sounds like a UTI toe - not the answer you want - but easily fixed with a GP visit, urine dip test, and a course of antibiotics. Keep drinking plenty of water to flush yourself through as thatll help.
