No Period For 5-6 Weeks - Help!

Hi everyone. I’ve never really monitored my periods but for the last 6 months I’ve been trying to conceive and have religiously kept track. My periods arrive every 5-6 weeks and I’m starting to worry that there is an underlying problem. It is really stressing me out and I can’t help feeling like there is something wrong with me - I’m so paranoid! I have spent an absolute fortune on pregnancy tests and have always been negative. I’m waiting for a doctor’s appointment but until then is there any advice anyone can give me as to if this is the norm? Is your cycle this length and are you healthy? I’ve researched it so much and Google seems to be adament that anything out of a 5 week cycle is irregular. Thank you!

Should have added that my partner and I aren’t actively pursuing pregnancy but are having unprotected sex and hoping that nature will take its course. The plan is to start ovulation testing after this coming period. Thank you everyone!

Also just another question - if you have been in the same position as me and have seeked help from the Doctor’s, what did they do about it? Would be nice to have a heads up on what to expect.

Dh and I are trying. I have endometriosis which has its own fertility issues.
I'm currently on day 43 of my cycle (and have been through numerous pregnancy tests myself.
I average around 37 days.
I also track my cycles religiously. It's difficult to figure out when I'm ovulating. I think it's worth going to to the dr and mention your concerns, they might suggest a blood test to see if you're ovulating.
Here to help if I can!
