Ear wax?

Been having a few issues with my hearing and wonder if it might be wax in my ears? I don't use cotton buds, although have used ear plugs on occasion.

What is the most effective way to get rid of any wax - safely? I understand many GPs no longer do syringing.

A few drops of olive oil before bed. Sorts my daughter's every time.

Bicarbonate of soda or hydrogen peroxide...diluted of course

There are more aggressive things like otex but this works:

It’s easier with that nozzle than some other designs.

We warm olive oil and drop it into my ears. It takes a few nights before it makes a difference.
I’ve had my ears syringed in the past and now I try to maintain them and not allow it to become an issue.

Thank you! Sorry to ask, but does it just leak out over the following day? Will need to plan in case of meetings etc Grin
