Tired all the time - borderline thyroid?

I've just completed a Thriva health screen because I basically feel like crap. I am a busy working mum of three but sometimes I feel more like 80 than 44. The screen identified I'm deficient in vit D and my omega 3:6 ratio is crap, so I'm going to address both of those. The thyroid is reported as normal, but my FT4 is bottom of normal 12.6 (12-23) and my TSH upper end 3.57 (0.27-4.3). I'm going to repeat the test in 3 months, but is this something I should be approaching my GP about, or do I wait and see what happens with correcting the vit D?
