Curious to know if this is possible 7 months later and if anyone’s been through the same? X

What sort of surgery and what sort of "aggravation" are you referring to?

I have had major abdominal surgery (x2) in the last year or so, and am still careful with exercise and exertion so as to avoid herniation. but that won't be relevant to you if you mean knee surgery, or head and neck surgery, for example.

Of course though you'd need to be more specific.

I had bowel surgery and repair around my vagina. It was 7 months ago and the pain I’m getting is in that location. Thanks for your responses xx
