I heard about it on 'You are what you eat' and thought I'd buy some as feel a bit tired lately and hope it'll give me a boost?
I just added it to a smoothie tonight as I'm into those too. Turned it an awful green/grey colour but tasted ok.

Anyone felt health benefits after trying it?

i have taken tablets too - usually when a bit run down and stuff - I do fel better but I take iron and other stuff at the saem time so can't say is that for sure.

hairdressers reccommend it.

Beetroot · 04/07/2007 19:35

errrr...think I did when I was taking it but have stopped now - so must start again

Ulysees · 04/07/2007 20:31

ok will give it a try then. I'm a hairdresser and didn't know it could help hair? I know kelp does.

I used to use it. The chocolate flavour. With milk. This stuff called 'Spirutein', not that Gillian McKeith crap.

Ulysees · 04/07/2007 20:36

So did you feel any different expat? This one isn't by gillian mckeith.
