Red skin lesion

So, normally I’m not really anxious about my health, but I think being pregnant has made me more aware of it.
A week or so ago I found a red raised lesion on my back - I felt it first, but can see it in the mirror.

I know that no one here can diagnose anything over the internet, but from what I understand, you’d need to have something like this for 4 weeks or more before going for a GP appointment. I know that logically that means I shouldn’t worry (about skin cancer etc.) until it’s been around that long, but it’s not a spot, I haven’t cut myself, it’s appeared out of nowhere and I’m finding it hard to relax about it.

Not really sure what I’m after here, maybe some reassuring words (or for someone to tell me to get a grip!).

Oh dear, I’ve just realised how ridiculous I sound, fretting about something that appeared a week ago. I swear this pregnancy has made me hysterical Blush
