Dear Lilsmum

My little boy suffered terrible with this and I worried terribly about it. I do not want to take away from your worry as I know what I was like but I can assure you it will go away. My DS is nearly two now and has lovely skin. In the end I gave up using anything and it cleard in its own time. I did use a touch of Fucidin gel on the worse spots and this seemed to work very well.

Good luck.
