Pain in the neck, literally!

Its been constantly aching for months now all at the back, getting steadily worse.

I feel sort of hunched up, have this urge to stretch all the time. It cracks when i roll my head around to try and loosen it up. nice.

I get lower back ache a lot too, i cant straighten up if ive been say strimming the lawn or something like that.

Could the weight of my ahem..generously sized norks be contributing?

Any ideas on what can help? Posture? i spend a lot of time sat at the computer at work and home.

oh i feel old.

Hi, it does sound like your 'norks' could be the problem. I know that you can buy support things from Kleeneze which help to keep you upright and help with pain like this. Dont know how attractive it will be though. Maybe try getting massage to loosen the muscles in the area. Maybe once they are loose the posture will improve. Good luck, hope you feel better soon.
