Has anyone done the 5:2? I started today and found it very tough. I was doing well until around 3.30pm! I bought some very thick, protein rich plain yoghurt and had that and some berries this morning. I planned on eating the remainder for dinner but ended up having two boiled eggs and some bread for dinner instead as I was so so hungry and irritable. I ended up consuming just over 700kal for the day but think that would be probably the lowest I can go for the minute anyway!!
I'm not sure yet when I plan on doing day 2 but has anyone any advice on making it a bit easier?
