HRT Patch

Does anybody us a HRT patch along with levothyroxine? If so has it improved menopausal symptoms (night sweats, joint aches & insomnia) without effecting thyroid readings?

I'm on levothyroxine and evorel 50 patch. My readings have been fine so far

I haven't had hot sweats except when I'm late changing patch. Sleep has improved and mood definitely has. I'm less anxious
