Help
I have an extremely long term bad back, basically it's a wreck.
Can any of you recommend a tens machine that I can use continuously through the day.As most tens machines say you have to have a 2hrly break in between each use. That is discreet and I can change the batteries or is rechargeable.
I'm desperate for pain relief so would welcome all advice.
