Disabled? Which car do you use?

Hi all, I'm looking for a car that's suitable for my scooter, one I can just wheel it up a ramp into if that makes sense? It does take apart but I lack the strength to lift the pieces into the car.
I've been awarded PIP mobility so will be looking at getting a Motability car soon. I don't want a van though.

I have a VW Touran. It's got a big enough boot to fit my electric wheelchair and room for some shopping. It does depend on which scooter you have.

Have you thought about a hoist? I need one to get my wheelchair in and out (haven't got one yet as I'm due to change my car in Nov and I currently don't have the funds).

@Sandinshoes thank you. My scooter is quite small really so I will definitely look at the VW. I'm trying to get everything sorted before I have a knee replacement 😐
